When you use a search form, the name, phone number, or address you enter goes to the outside search provider that supplies the results. Soledad People Search does not retain a copy of that search on its own servers. A message sent through our contact channel contains only the details you choose to provide, and we use those details to answer you.

Our hosting systems create routine logs that may include an IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and access times. We review this information in combined form to maintain the service and learn which resources are useful. Cookies or similar tools may also support basic analytics and advertising measurement where those features apply.
How Information Is Used
The limited data described above helps us run the site, troubleshoot errors, review traffic, and improve its Soledad and Monterey County resources. We do not sell visitor lists or assemble profiles about individual users.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links may lead to City of Soledad pages, Monterey County offices, California portals, library collections, or outside search services. Information submitted after leaving this site is controlled by the destination's own policy. Sponsored search results are also supplied by a separate company whose privacy rules apply to its service.

California's Delete Act also created the state Delete Request and Opt-out Platform, known as DROP, for deletion requests directed to registered data brokers. Beginning August 1, 2026, covered data brokers must retrieve and process DROP requests as state rules require. Soledad People Search does not control records held by the City of Soledad, Monterey County, the Superior Court, or California agencies. Questions about a government record must go to the office that keeps it.
